Welcome to Hadley Middle School. I am excited to have you as part of my class. I received my bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Benedictine University and my master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of St. Francis.
I have been teaching since 1985 and I cannot imagine a more rewarding career! My goal each school day is to learn right along with the kids; to help them find the answers to their questions and teach them to notice the world around them. I want my students to know the power of well-written words and those previously published as well as the ones THEY have yet to write. I love science and nature...watch out...I will try to sneak it in everywhere!
