Welcome to Hadley Middle School. I am excited to have you as part of my class! This is my eleventh year teaching 6th grade. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with middle school endorsements in reading, language, and social sciences. I also completed a Master’s Degree in Reading from St. Xavier University. Therefore, I am also a Reading Specialist. My most recent Master’s degree is from American College of Education in Educational Technology. I hope to incorporate new and exciting technology lessons this year!
I am looking forward to helping you expand your knowledge and teach you skills and strategies to be successful. I hope you find the school year educational, engaging and exciting!
I married my high school sweetheart four years ago. This school year, you will hear several exciting stories about our son, Ethan, and our energetic yellow lab, Brinkley. My family and I enjoy the art of photography, traveling, and outdoor activities like hiking, skiing, camping, and spending time together. I also have a gift of remembering animal facts. Be sure to ask me to share one, or better, teach me something new!
