Goodings Grove School Mission
Statement
The Goodings Grove Community, dedicated to the ideal of
encouraging reliability, respectability, and responsibility, strives to create
life-long learners with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to become
productive, successful individuals in our society.
Accomplishments for 2006-2007
- Implementation
of beginning stages of RTI (Response to Intervention)
- Continued
implementation of Homework Website for students and parents to view at
home
- Science
curriculum enhanced with units and lessons on weather in conjunction with
the district’s new weather station
- Continued
technology integration into K-4 curriculum and assessments
- Continued
early intervention for reading resource
- Weekly
communications with parent community improved by all staff

Peer Mediation program and training used regularly
